About the company

Robinize is a ZenDev product - content editing software made by SEOs for SEOs.
In short, it is an AI-powered SEO content optimization platform created by SEO strategists, content writers, and software developers who know SEO.

The challenges

As we’re IT consultants concentrated on helping our partners both develop and market their products, we are no strangers to search engine optimization.

The writing tools we used historically for the clients had many unnecessary features. As a result, they lacked speed and simplicity, which was a direct blocker for us in providing the work in the desired timeframe. Indirectly, that meant a slower process of delivering the job, so we learned we needed to automate the process.

We wanted an easy-to-use tool that gives on-point recommendations on content research, writing, and optimization.

Most SEO tools present the SEO results and data of your website's current situation or competitors. However, what we found was missing were tangible steps for writing SEO-optimized content.

On the other hand, when we talk about writing tools, they help you correct your grammar and improve readability and style of writing, but mainly without SEO in sight.

The realization that SEO tools lack writing features and vice-versa was precisely how the idea of Robinize was born.

The solution

As of today, Robinize is software that helps you optimize your content for SEO in a timely, cost-friendly, and efficient manner. If you know which query you want to rank for in Google, Robinize will give you scientific information about what your content needs to cover for a better chance of ranking.

The software works on a principle where you enter the search query you want to rank for, your preferred country, and your language.

With the information you provided, Robinize generates a report that will provide you with information such as:

SERP results - Top 20 web pages currently ranking for the search term
Word count - pointer on how long your content should be
Content grade - that you need to achieve to rank as higher as possible
Readability - recommended level of content complexity
Terms - related terms graded by relevance and recommended placements
Heading details - insight into how frequently your competitor used the term in their content.

Outlines - insights on how your top competitors organized their content

To understand what results are most relevant to your query, we have a variety of language understanding systems that aim to match the words and concepts in your query with related information in our index.

We use external AI services such as Google NLP and IBM Watson NLP for in-depth analysis of our competitors' content, giving us insight into how to outline our own.

ChatGPT integration

With the advent of ChatGPT, we saw it as a fantastic synergy with what we’ve already built. Robinize allows the user to generate the optimal prompt for SEO-optimized content generation, for any phrase they want to rank for, with just one click.

Outcome

We’ve created software with die-hard 2700+ users, allowing ZenDev to offer our customers a complete offering. Robinize was also recognized as the #1 product of the day on the Product Hunt platform. Today, Robinize is often sold hand-in-hand with ZenDev’s software development services.
